Protection of our community assets and amenities has become increasingly complex, requiring thoughtful, evidence-based, and in some cases, trauma-informed solutions. We develop, in collaboration with your leaders, policy makers and staff, all-hazards emergency and event response plans meant to prepare, train, respond to, mitigate and recover from incidents of all types. Risk, threat and vulnerability assessments are our specialty, especially related to park operation and natural resources protection.
Our training is grounded in analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation, and complemented with a coaching mentality where your employees have the best chance of success when disaster strikes. Classroom, online, table-top and full scale training platforms are most often employed but in all cases customized to the audience.
Rely on us to perform thorough risk, threat and vulnerability assessments in your work environment. Using discretion when focusing on sensitive issues and using trauma-informed approaches, we can assist if you have had past or recent incidents in your workplace.
